🛍️ Order Processing
Standard turnaround time is 7 business days from the date we receive your personalization details (including files, names, or text) + 2-3 days for delivery.
Group or bulk orders (5+ items) require 14 business days for processing + 2-3 days for delivery.
🚚 Shipping
All items are shipped via standard tracked shipping. Delivery times may vary depending on carrier.
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.
🎨 Personalization
Please double-check all spelling, names, and design details before submitting your order.
Personalization files or requests must be emailed to personalizedbyyenny@gmail.com with your order number in the subject line., or uploaded using the Contact Us page.
🔄 Returns & Exchanges
Because all items are custom and made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
If there is an error on our part (wrong size, incorrect design, or damage during production), please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we’ll make it right.
👥 Group & Special Orders
For group, event, or bulk orders, processing time is 14 business days before shipping.
Rush orders may be available upon request for an additional fee.
